Have you ever dreamed of having a straight and white smile? One that positively sparkles when you grin for the camera? Thanks to porcelain Lumineers, perfect teeth aren’t only reserved for Hollywood stars.
What are Lumineers?
Lumineers are thin shells that fit over the front of your teeth. Thinner than traditional veneers, Lumineers offer patients the most comfortable, natural-looking cosmetic upgrade to discolored or damaged teeth.
Are Lumineers Right For Me?
Lumineers are custom designed to fix your individual problems. They’re versatile, minimally invasive and designed to be worry and discomfort-free.
Lumineers can revitalize:
- Stained or discolored teeth
- Worn dentition
- Misshapen or uneven teeth
- Chips and cracks
- Gapped teeth
- Old, worn dental work
The Lumineers Process
Because Lumineers are thinner than most veneers—about as thick as a contact lens—they are much easier to place and integrate into your smile. In only 2 easy visits, you could walk out of Dr. Li’s office with the smile of your dreams.
After your initial consultation, Dr. Li will take an impression of your upper and lower teeth and send the mold to a laboratory to have your customized Lumineers created. Unlike traditional veneers, Lumineers don’t require Dr. Fuming Li to alter your teeth, give you shots or unsightly acrylic temporaries.
Once your custom porcelain Lumineers have been made, you’ll return to our dental practice for placement. To secure the thin shells to your teeth, Dr. Li will moderately etch then bond each Lumineer to the teeth. After they’ve been placed, our dentist will check your bite to ensure that your cosmetic treatment to secure and won’t chip on contact.
And then you’re done! All it takes is 2 simple visits to get your perfect smile.
